Jack Lessenberry writes: Liberals are going to find it virtually impossible to risk taking a poke at State Rep. Jack Hoogendyk for his misguided attempt to make English Michigan's official language.
Even if you are an Anglophile and a conservative, it ought to be clear that his idea is a bad idea. Here are just two of the many reasons why. First of all, everyone knows that our official language is Yooper, which replaced our former official language, Chippewa. |
