Tips for Beating the Heating Crunch

As the mercury takes a dive, the Detroit Free Press offers seven tips to help you save money on your heating bill. Tips include: applying for the Michigan Home Heating Tax Credit, some great links for energy audits and advice that dialing down 15 degrees overnight can save 5-15% on your heating bill and that every degree you lower the thermostat by will bring a 2% or 3% reduction in heating costs.
