Y. writes: A CHAT with a fellor bus-biker at the downtown Ypsi bus stop revealed that downtown Ann Arbor will be shut down from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. today, in order for a funeral procession for local firefighter Amy Schnearle-Pennywitt, who was killed on I-94 during the recent icy morning.
