Crain's Detroit Business reports that Michigan wineries and distributers reached an accord yesterday and the Senate Economic Development, Small Business and Regulatory Affairs Committe has set up a structure and rules for in-state and out-of-state wineries to ship up to 1500 cases per year to Michigan residents. The measures move to the full Senate and then to the House for (expected) approval.
