Michigan Small Business Owners Down on State Economy, Up on Own Businesses

The Detroit Free Press reports that of 351 small-business owners polled in November by the Michigan chapter of the National Federation of Independent Business, 34% described business conditions as "poor" or "very poor," up from 31% in a similar survey three months ago. However, almost half described prospects for their own businesses during the next several months as "good" or "very good".
