Michigan's October Unemployment Rate Best Since 2002

Crain's Detroit Business reports that Michigan's unemployment rate fell in October to 6.1%, its lowest level since September 2002 and more than a full percentage point lower than the year-ago October rate of 7.2%. Michigan's unemployment is still well above the national rate of 5%. But we're getting there!
