Kalamazoo Movie Will Have Hometown Premiere
WMMT-TV reports that a hometown premiere is planned for a movie filmed in Kalamazoo and produced by two sisters, Joanna Scott and Dana Kowalski, who grew up there. "Kalamazoo?" tells the story of three women who return home for their ten year high school reunion to discover that a time capsule made on graduation night is due to be opened and read aloud. Horrified at the thought of their unfilled goals being revealed, they embark on a mission to find & destroy the capsule. The premiere is set for April 6 and the film will open the next day in limited release at Goodrich theaters in Kalamazoo, Battle Creek, Holland, Grand Haven, Lowell and Three Rivers.
